    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this chance to support this Bill. Many times, we consider the work that we do here as being more important than what the others do. If today we were discussing the Division of Revenue Act (DORA) or the County Allocation of Revenue Act (CARA), this House would have been full. The Whips would have mobilised the Members to ensure that more money is sent to the counties. They would have wanted everybody to add their voice to it.
