    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are many unsung heroes in our counties. If we set up a County Hall of Fame in my county, I would wish to see the first inductees not being former or current politicians. There are many women working at the beaches of Homa Bay who are afflicted with HIV/AIDS scourge. We also have children who contracted HIV/AIDS from their mothers despite the campaigns that no child should be born with HIV/AIDS. Technology has advanced to prevent mother to child transmission. These are the kind of people who should be the first inductees in the hall of fame."
