    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand to support this Bill. I would like to start by talking about the values and virtues of a society and how people develop to be what they are, which sometimes becomes a challenge. This is especially in a modern society with ever changing values. Sometimes people ape the cultures of another country without taking into a consideration their own culture. Every time I look back at the traditional African society and the values therein that people were trained to have; values of bravery, respecting the elderly and caring for each other. It is a pity that these values changed with modernity. When we look back at these values, especially those people who still have them, they essentially praise and appreciate within the society.
