    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this Motion is very clear and straight forward, and it calls for provisions. Finally, it is all about the financial management to enable caregivers to have a sense of recognition. The aspect of specialised training is key, including psychosocial and other support necessary that can be put into place. They need to be engaged in ensuring that they can give something back to the communities. Some sort of kitty needs to be put in place to enhance all these. It is a question of understanding and accepting that this is a category of people who need to be assisted so that, that assistance is put in place."
