    "content": "I agree with Sen. Omanga that the caregivers need more time to be with children or adults suffering from neurological conditions. I therefore, agree with Sen. Omanga that our counties and the national Government should have data on these children and their caregivers. We need a database because we need to plan with information of what caregivers need. We need a budget for then in terms of healthcare and also food security."
