    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, motor disorders are a serious challenge because we have very many people in the society that are of this nature. We cannot bury our heads in the sand and say that we do not know them. I wonder at what point we started neglecting people with such disabilities. If they were in the disability circle, they would be provided for, just like any other disabled person is provided for. We need to give support and recognise the caregivers of persons with motor disorders."
