    "content": "One time I attended a conference in Ghana where Ministers and leaders from various countries were present. One Minister who is now retired made a confession. He said that when he was Minister in charge of Home Affairs, he never wanted reforms. However, immediately he left the Government, he was arrested and taken to prison. He regretted and wished to be back to his position to introduce reforms and make prisons better. That means that even us here could be in prison tomorrow. Therefore. we need to take care of prisons in our country."
