    "content": "The Act itself has not been reviewed over the years. Even with the new Constitution in place, things are still the way they used to be. We have many facilities in prisons that are not even utilised. We have many hectares of land in this country that people just grab. If those farms are utilised properly, it will be possible to feed this country without asking for relief food or importing maize from other countries."
