"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I will be very brief. I want to say that this is very ridiculous. We have been moving all over this county. When we went to the hospitals, it was very sad to note that there is no medicine. We were in a certain polytechnic with the Chairperson and we realised that three students were sleeping on one bed. It is so congested. I think that prison is better than what we saw. They have never received anything from the county government and yet we have been giving out money from the Senate to support Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) and vocational training centres."
