    "content": "I want to encourage the county assemblies of Makueni, Machakos and Kitui to do their oversight roles very seriously. When we visited Mulango Vocational Training Institute, we realised that the classes are not friendly. The college is not attractive. They have never received any funding from the county government. This is the same case with St. Michael Primary School, which we visited. They have never been funded by the county government yet these monies are intended to go to those institutions. These monies are supposed to be distributed by the same CEOs who do not want to appear before Senate to say what projects they are undertaking."
