    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, if one has a child who has cerebral palsy, one will become a caregiver. They will not go anywhere or leave the child with anyone but have to be there for the child, 24 hours the whole week. There is a class at Muslim Primary School where I have been doing community service. It is in between Starehe and Kamukunji constituencies in Nairobi. Currently, there are a number of special units in public schools. Most of our public schools nowadays have one class dedicated to these kinds of children. The caregiving is left to the teachers who are not well trained to take care of these special needs."
