    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support the amendment by the Chair because we are talking about the role of SRC which the President raised. Its role is clearly set out in Article 230(4)(b) of the Constitution. So, there is no need of further reciting that in the Bill because it is already in the Constitution. This Bill is for the Parliamentary Service Commission. We do not need to bring SRC matters which are in the Constitution to the Bill. I agree with the Chair. The President raised it and we are deleting the entire Clause 43 so that it remains in the Constitution."
