    "content": " I support this amendment. The Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs deals with so many institutions. We need to give guidance in the future. If we will have panels that have so many people, like 11 in this situation, we open up these panels to a lot of interests and gerrymandering. The practice in future should be looking at five or seven at most so that these are small panels that do an efficient job without having these kinds of brokers coming in. I support and also agree to the fact that the position of the Attorney-General (AG) has changed in the new Constitution. It is not the AG that was. The AG is now an advisor to the Government of the day. Therefore, he cannot be given powers to appoint like in this situation where we are giving institutions powers to appoint."
