    "content": "I support wholly that we are not scrapping the cap on interest rates. I thank the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning for standing with Kenyans on this matter. Our experiences are painful on this matter. So, banks should welcome SMEs even if they want to lend all their money to the Government as was mentioned by our serious senior former Minister for Finance, Hon. Kimunya.
