Members must bring their amendments between now and Tuesday because we need to put the Question on Tuesday. I am asking the Mover to be called upon to reply and in his reply, you can allow him to give Members like Hon. Rozaah Buyu, Hon. Shaban and the Member for Gatanga, at least, two minutes each. I think the Member is right that the President knows very few people by name and the former Prime Minister too."
