Gikaria, the Member for Nakuru Town East, to the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development: (i) What steps has the Ministry taken to ease traffic congestion and insecurity that is experienced occasionally at the Gilgil weighbridge in Gilgil, Nakuru County? (ii) What measures are in place to ensure safety of passengers and goods during the traffic snarl-ups at the weighbridge? This concerns all of us who travel to Western Kenya. It is a very serious issue."
