    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise under Standing Order No.42 (2) regarding a Question which I asked on the Floor of the House on 7th August. It is Question No.33 of 2019 to the CS for Planning and the National Treasury. This concerned the census which was going on. I asked this Question under Private Notice. In accordance with the Standing Orders, the CS is compelled to respond to that Question within three days. Up to now, I have not received any response. I have not been called to that Committee. This was supposed to be answered before the census because the Question was relating to that. I wanted your intervention."
