    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this issue is very serious. I am very happy that the House has brought in the issue of the rule of law. A country that is not governed using the rule of law tends towards the rule of the jungle. The rule of the jungle creeps in when people go and fake documents and then treat them with the highest regard in a place which is supposed to be an august House; a House where we are supposed to have tremendous respect for rule of law. They bring them to the House and create tension in the House, misleading everyone and then say that we are defending the people out there."
