Allow me to thank you for your indulgence but also allow me to request that when you are making that ruling on Tuesday, you clarify to the Republic that when the Leader of Government Business, in this case the Chief Whip, moved a Motion like the one he did last week, the onus was not on the Members of the Back Bench to second his Motion. That Motion should have been seconded by a Member from the Government side. For the country to be left thinking that Members of the Back Bench refused to second that Motion is actually not only being mischievous but can also easily bring disrepute not only to the Members of the Back Bench but also to the House in general. This is because we have rules and procedures that we adhere to. Thank you."
