    "content": "The other thing it needs to do is to borrow from multilateral lenders. These are the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). They should also go for concessional loans where 30 per cent of the money is a grant which you are not supposed to pay. The maturity period starts after five years. If you are putting up infrastructure, you shall have finished it within five years and you start earning something from it as opposed to what we are borrowing now. We are borrowing commercial loans. If you borrow a commercial loan today at a high interest rate, you start paying the loan plus the interest next year. Therefore, the Government should start working on reducing the budget deficit."
