    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the hon. Member to appreciate that for the Rural Electrification Programme in Kenya, the number of projects that we undertake in one particular year, especially in the 2009/2010 Financial Year, is way beyond 1,000. Therefore, I understand when the hon. Member says that we may have taken a little longer to pay the compensation to specific people. However, we are going to improve on that as we move on. We are going to ensure that all those factors are combined for all the constituencies. So, in future, there will be no reason for delay in terms of compensation."
