    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am disturbed by the list and membership of the ad hoc committee. When I walked in, I went straight to the Senate Minority Leader and consulted him on this list. Looking at the list, at least the Minority Side is entirely from western part of Kenya. On the majority side, there are two Senators from one county. I believe that this House is big and Members are mature enough to speak the truth and call a spade by its name. The principle on this ad hoc committee is a brilliant idea. I do not suspect that the Senate Minority Leader and the Senate Majority Leader would conspire to sanitise anything or anyone. I believe that the idea which was brought forward by Sen. Wetangula was good."
