    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand to move a procedural Motion pursuant to Standing Order No.105 (1) that this debate be deferred for the mood of the House. We retreat and consult on the membership of the Committee. Sen. Omanga categorically shared her fears that if the Members of the Committee on Health are the majority of the ad hoc Committee, we shall paralyse the operations of the Committee on Health. There has been a general concern on the membership of this Committee because the members of the health Committee have had almost two years to adjudicate this matter to no avail or success. Therefore, it would be improper for this House to again approve the same names who have failed to adjudicate this matter."
