    "content": "I took issue with Sen. Sakaja because he was there when the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the Committee came before the SBC. We heard them in camera and told them that it would be a hot potato allowing the Committee on Health to handle this matter. It was our decision that instead of the Committee on Health feeling that it was the leadership that was against the Committee, we bring this issue to the Floor of the House."
