    "content": "We are encouraging mothers to attend ante-natal care. We are not able to go into the villages. But as we increase the number of health facilities, we are seeing more improvements. As I said, given our preference in family planning and health provision, ante natal care has gone up to 46 per cent from where it was about ten years of about 30 per cent. So, we are moving towards that direction."
