    "content": "When we think about adoption it offers this opportunity to a child who does not belong to a nuclear family. Kenyans are also realising that when we institutionalise some of these children they end up not being brought up the way we would like our society to raise its children. So, there is a big buying into this whole idea of adopting children into families that already exist. As such I see this Bill as very timely."
