    "content": "Recently, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) advertised positions for promotions. I was there two weeks ago. That is an area where the level of education is so low that no one currently qualifies to apply to become deputy principal or principal of school. We asked the Commission to come up with some form of affirmative action to accommodate them. As the Member fully supports Disco Matanga, I kindly, without agitation, ask him to reconsider what that means to his society and education of the child."
