    "content": "The other thing you must note is that every quarter we also get budget monitoring from the Controller of Budget. However, when you look at those reports because they come to this House, it is all financial reporting. There is nothing on monitoring and evaluation from what you see. I am so happy when you talk about outputs and outcomes because that is the way to go. However, they never discuss them. So, there is a gap and we need to streamline and ensure we have a smooth way. All stakeholders need to be steered towards that direction."
