    "content": "This is very critical because we always hear a lot of negative information about how much Mandera County, for example, is receiving from the shareable revenue. But, from the 85 per cent left with the national Government, Mandera County receives only Kshs2.1 billion and this is for a World Bank funded road which is underway. I think it will be fair for the Budget Office to supply us with the distribution of the 85 per cent resources from the national Government so that we can engage different ministries and get what is right for our counties."
