    "content": "This Treaty will ensure that there is proper framework for working in this industry. We will have proper management. This will ensure that even if a person spends hours trying to come up with something that is going to be beneficial to the society, should it be taken out of this country, the owner will always remain respected having been the original producer of the content that may have acquired an international outlook. Therefore, this is a very important Treaty and we need to ratify it very fast. Countries out there and within the continent are ahead of us. We have taken time to look at it and ensure that this House ratifies and makes it part of our laws, so that our young artists and any other talented young people are protected."
