    "content": " Hon. Senators, I welcome you all to Kitui County for this auspicious sitting of the Senate, which is the second sitting by the Senate outside Nairobi. I thank the leadership of Kitui County Government, both the Executive and the Assembly, led by Her Excellency, Governor Charity K. Ngilu, EGH, and the Assembly Speaker, the Rt. Hon. George Ndotto, EGH, for the warm welcome since our arrival and for facilitating these sittings. I request them to stand so that they may be acknowledged in the Senate tradition."
