Unfortunately at the moment, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation neither has money for equipment not the equipment. However, we have now started buying our own equipment and, indeed, we have even bought equipment from the National Youth Service (NYS) which we are going to use. This is the first time that the Ministry of Water and Irrigation has started constructing dams in the country and we are doing five large dams."
