"content": "However, having said that, this Message is coming to you a little bit too late because there should have been additional information to the Senate that the Bill has been assented to. This is because the legal situation is completely different between a Message coming from the National Assembly that the Bill has been passed; in relation to a Bill which has been assented to. Secondly, we should have assurances from the National Assembly that the Mediated Version of the Bill is the one which they passed. However, it is now public knowledge that the Bill that has been taken to the President for assent is not the version of the Bill that was mediated at least in one very important aspect."
