    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am able to confirm that the dam that we are constructing in Chemususu will certainly get water from Malewa but the water will be distributed after the dam will be completed. It is far from completion. We have just started it. In fact, it is only about 30 per cent complete and it is going to be completed by July 2012. By that time, we will then put in more time for distribution, only when it is completed."
