    "content": "If countries can generate their own money, they can budget for upcoming issue such as worker‘s strikes. The counties can make use of the revenue that they collect from their counties. There is need for transparent mechanism to ensure that the money collected in the counties goes to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) while the remainder is utilised in the counties. I support this Bill for the purpose of ensuring that services reach the mwananchi . Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, accepting the figure of Kshs316.5 billion was a bitter pill to swallow.
