    "content": "will have nothing to say. I will urge this House that if we have to be magnanimous, let this be the last time. We should become magnanimous with Kenya, counties and not with the National Assembly. Next time, we say no, until the end, let them continue with the illegality, we will not be part of it. The Executive should also stop misleading Kenyans. I saw a statement which stated that Kshs316.5 billion of this year is equivalent to 36 per cent of the annual budget. That is a false narrative. As it has been stated here by other Members, it is less than 9 per cent. This is the audited account for the Financial Year 2014/2015 all the way down. If we talk about it now, then you know what it is. I urge the Executive not to lie, to mislead or falsify statements."
