    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, some of the Members of the County Assemblies (MCAs) have been compromised to the extent that they can only tell you what is happening in their county governments while under the chairs. What can redeem such MCAs is the ability to assess what is happening and expose the corrupt governors in their counties. That will make sure that we achieve our goals as the Senate and the county assemblies."
