    "content": "You have seen in South Africa - although that is a parliamentary system - that President Ramaphosa appears before Parliament and he has an engagement with it. The system we have now where the Executive is in total control, sending even Cabinet Secretaries, is not good enough. Those people have very little power and authority. In fact, we should not be talking to them as equals. They are people that survive through the goodwill of Parliament, including the Senate."
