"content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, I want to apologize to this House. On Thursday, there was a Question by hon. Lekuton, which my Ministry failed to answer. There was a communication breakdown between the officer and the Minister, who was answering the Question. The officer put the answer in the pigeon hole, something that does not normally happen. I apologize for that. We have straightened up the matter and we will have better communication in future. However, I want to add here that the Ministry has been very regular in answering Questions and we go out of our way to really come and answer Questions. For example, just two weeks ago, I left a Presidential lunch to come and answer Questions. So, I have apologized and explained."
