"content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on 11th June, 2010, between 11.00 p.m. and 12.00 a.m., a gang of three persons armed with crude weapons attacked Kapkoiga Secondary School. They severally slashed with a panga the schoolâs watchmen, Messrs. Mariko Fununu and Joseph Kipsangâ Bitok, on the heads. They then broke into the office of the Accounts Clerk and stole cash to the tune of Kshs29,600. Mariko Fununu succumbed to the injuries on the way to hospital, while Joseph Kipsangâ Bitok was treated at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital and discharged on the same day. Police carried out investigations and the following suspects have so far been arrested:- (i) Margaret Tanui aged 35 years, who is a worker at the school. (ii) Wilson Kiptoo aged 48 years, who was the school bursar. (iii) Daniel Matoo aged 56 years."
