    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended in the definition of “organized criminal group” by deleting the words “existing for a period of time and”. I propose that we amend Clause 2 as per the Order Paper, the reason being that when you provide that the organized criminal group be existing for a period of time, it may exclude persons who have been, maybe, performing criminal acts for shorter periods of time."
