Once that direction is given – considering that we are being watched by the public – and then we bring all sorts of versions, we are a House of record, and that is why we go through this process meticulously. Otherwise, even in a baraza, they do things better. For the authority and decorum of the House, let us stick to what the Standing Orders say. The Speaker was not playing theatrics when he was telling us how to vote. If we follow those guidelines, we will then take a shorter time voting."
