I want to encourage as many of you as possible to avoid coming to consult me during debate because it forces me not to hear what has been said. There are some Members who want to comment. If you do not have a card, how do you comment? The best thing is for me to refer the Petition to the Committee and when they table their Report, there will be room for people to discuss, seek further information, clarifications and comments. So, we can move to the next Order."
