"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The mood of the whole House is that this is something that is totally wrong. It is ungodly and unconstitutional. The ruling that you need to give is whether it is in order for this House to discuss a matter that is unconstitutional. The Petition that is being brought forward simply says that we want to find out the person funding these people. The question is whether this House is at liberty to go ahead and start discussing issues that are unconstitutional. You will need to give a judgment on that issue, so that we can know the way forward. But I am glad the voice of the people in the country is totally in agreement that this is something that we should not even be talking about at all.
