    "content": "As a country, I think we need to hold conversation with each other and the National Treasury has let us down big time. Our projections are over-budgeted and we pretend that we can cover our Budget and end up borrowing more money, paying more interest and the cycle continues. The discussion is that the national Government is spending so much and being mean to counties yet there is no money. As I sit down, I want to say that I have realised from these figures that there is no money from our internally generated revenue which we spend on development in this country.
