    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “one year or to a fine of not less than one hundred thousand shillings or to both, and, in the case of a body corporate, a fine of not less than one million shillings” appearing in Subclause (5) and substituting therefor the words “five years or to a fine of not less than five million shillings or to both, and, in the case of a body corporate, a fine of not less than five million shillings”."
