    "content": "What we are likely to see very soon, is the Kamba community in Kitui arming themselves. When they take up arms, the Somali community that is visiting that area for herding will also do the same. I want the Committee to know that they are dealing with a situation that is likely to escalate into serious conflict that might draw in more animosity and destruction of property. They should tell the Member and those concerned, what long term measures they intend to put in place to ensure that this conflict does not snowball into something that we cannot control. Thank you."
