It is interesting, listening to my distinguished colleague from Elgeyo-Marakwet County who is the Senate Majority Leader and, therefore, the representative of the national Government in this House. Is it in order for him to continue belabouring a point that appeared to point to the fact that the Government has abdicated its responsibility on security and left the communities to deal with security in their own way? Is this what the Government is supposed to do?"
