He is even contradicting the Standing Orders because he is standing when I have the Floor. I do not want to go beyond that so that we close the matter. The point is that, this is an issue that is dear to me. It is an issue we have been grappling with since the previous term. I made suggestions to the Committee with passion. We must look at the issue of cattle rustling from a wider perspective. However, I agree with Sen. Khaniri that comments should always be as brief as possible. I thank you."
