    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support this Statement by Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve. I would like to congratulate Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve for coming up with this Statement. As my colleagues have said, Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve is one of the champions who have worked very hard for people who are living with disabilities. This is something that one needs to identify with, especially when you are playing a role in that particular area. On the Deaf awareness month, as Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve has said, which is running from 23rd to 29th, is a very important month for us not just as legislators but as leaders of Kenya as it brings awareness to our communities and country---"
